Chief Executive NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde is undoubtedly one of the largest and most diverse health economies in the United Kingdom. Following the retirement of the previous Chief Executive, Tom Divers OBE, the recruitment of his replacement was of critical strategic importance to this organisation and wider public sector stakeholders.
Munro Consulting were contacted specifically following a previous advertising and search campaign which had been unsuccessful in producing a “quality field” of candidates to select from. Munro Consulting Limited has established itself as an organisation with a strong reputation for delivering under particularly challenging circumstances, be that relating to political, geographical or specific organisational nuances.
