Our Interim Specialists operate across all business sectors filling roles from middle management and functional specialists through to Chief Executive level. Working in partnership with Munro Consulting, a leading UK Executive Search organisation, provides Munro Interim with additional access to a wide range of senior roles to fill and senior managers to fill them, people who have chosen to manage their careers as a professional interim manager.

 In a similar way, we are also able to place people on short to medium term contracts for clients who would prefer this engagement methodology to that of Interim management.

Munro Interim also supports clients with professional technical day-rate contractor requirements across the oil & gas sector.  Based within our Aberdeen office, MIL Techncial is a specialist division of Munro Interim that was set up to work in partnership with existing clients - operators and service companies.  The MIL Technical focus is on niche disciplines, we work with our long-standing clients to find candidates on a selective basis and generally for very specialist roles - both in the UK and oversees.  Current and recent positions include Well Operations Engineers, Well Service Supervisors, Completions Engineers, Drilling Engineers/Superintendents, Subsea Engineers and Offshore Construction Superintendents.
