Performance Analyst

Leading public sector organisation based in Glasgow city centre is looking to appoint a Performance Analyst for an interim performance review and improvement project.

As a Performance Analyst the ideal candidate will have an understanding of quality improvements systems and experience in the collation of performance improvement information. An ability to analyse data, interpret trend analysis and identify performance improvements is required.

Key technical capabilities include:

Awareness of Public Sector Improvement Framework and its parent programme EFQM.
Experience of KPI and activity reporting.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong report writing skills.

This role is mainly and inward facing position requiring strong communication skills, however some external facing work may be required too.
