Our client is looking to recruit an Industrial Relations expert, preferably with a career in UK and International IR roles. This is a senior role that requires true strategic, industrial relations capabilities and will require autonomous working as part of a central team.
The role may be based in the UK or US and candidates who are successful will open up a truly international career with future opportunities to move into line based HR Director posts running large geographies around the world. We need candidates with the finesse, style and the right attitude and ambition to succeed in a high performing, high pressure environment. For the best candidates, remuneration will be well in excess of six figures.
Additionally, we are able to consider a wide range of seniority as part of this brief and this experience may lead to more than one person being hired.
