Munro Consulting Limited is running the recruitment project on behalf of ExxonMobil in the UK. 

All applications will be administered and screened against the role criteria before suitable applicants are invited to attend an interview with a consultant from Munro Consulting.   This interview will comprise a further assessment of professional expertise, career aspirations and motivations, as well as providing applicants with more detailed information on each role.

Candidates fulfilling the selection criteria after this initial interview are then considered for interview by ExxonMobil.
