We need an inspirational, dynamic Chief Executive to lead our 12,000 employees. Key priorities will include reviewing organisational structures and consolidating robust, effective governance arrangements. You will provide leadership and direction for Council services; driving forward innovative ideas and fostering a culture that promotes high performance and continuous improvement.
You will need a successful track record of leadership at strategic level, outstanding communication, influencing and negotiating skills and a high level of financial awareness. Diplomatic, determined and resilient, you will relish the opportunity to take the city forward.
